Due to supply and demand, some barrels may take longer than others to receive. Please email or call us if you would like an estimated time of arrival.

After turning down the barrel, we jacket a 416R Stainless steel match barrel in a roll-wrapped carbon fiber sleeve and load it under tension.  We use this jacketing method rather than wrapping the barrel in carbon fiber because this method of wrapping has been proven to trap heat and cause delamination.  The carbon fiber we use is specially designed to move at the same expansion rate as 416R stainless steel. We machine slots into the carbon fiber allowing air to move around the barrel and vent heat quicker without any delamination issues.  Using the Carbon Fiber this way keeps the rifling straighter the warmer the barrel gets because it's under tension. This allows us to maintain superior stiffness and strength while keeping the barrel extremely lightweight.

  • All our barrels go through a thorough inspection before leaving our shop. However, if you feel there is a malfunction in your barrel, contact us. We will have a tech discuss possible options to fix any problems. If we determine it needs further inspection, we will have someone re-test your barrel and decide if it needs to be replaced. Once an order has been processed and we have shipped your barrel, we will not accept cancellations or returns. Any damage from personal use will not qualify as a reason for a return. But, if we do see that the barrel has a manufactured defect, we will gladly replace it with a new one at no cost to you.
