Warranty & RMA Policy

Our Commitment

At BSF Barrels, we take pride in the quality and performance of our patented carbon fiber barrels. Every barrel is engineered and manufactured in the USA with precision craftsmanship. We stand behind our products and offer the following limited warranty and return/repair policy.

Limited Warranty Coverage

BSF Barrels warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the original purchaser.

The following issues are covered under warranty:

  • Inaccuracy caused by a defect in barrel manufacturing (not ammunition, installation, or user error)

  • Rifling defects that impair performance

  • Chambering defects related to manufacturing

  • Cracked carbon fiber due to manufacturing or material failure

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:

  • Improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

  • Use of ammunition outside of SAAMI specifications or unsafe reloads

  • Normal wear and tear from use

  • Cosmetic blemishes that do not affect performance

  • Damage from accidents, abuse, or neglect

Warranty Period

This limited warranty applies for 5 years from the original date of purchase by the end user.

If you believe your barrel is defective and falls within warranty coverage, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out our RMA Form 

    1. ​Please fill out all details on our form provided below. If you have any issues, please contact techsupport@bsfbarrels.com

  2. Obtain an RMA Number
    A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued if your claim qualifies. Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Product

    • Securely package the barrel, preferably with a printed copy of your RMA form. If you cannot print your form, please write your RMA number and the name it is under on the inside or outside of your package.

    • Customer is responsible for proper packaging when shipping to BSF Barrels. If applicable, please use the label we provided you to ship your product back to us.

  4. Inspection & Resolution

    • Upon receipt, we will inspect and test the product.

    • If a defect covered under warranty is confirmed, BSF will repair or replace the product at no charge.

    • If the issue is not covered, the customer will be notified of repair/replacement options and any associated costs, or the product can be shipped back to you.

RMA REQUEST FORM

If you're experiencing an issue with one of our products, we're here to help. Please complete the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request form below with as much detail as possible. Once submitted, our team will review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days with further instructions.
Please note:
  • This form is for support, repair or replacement services only. We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
  • An approved RMA is required before any item can be returned for services.
  • Items must be in original or secure packaging.
  • Unauthorized packages without an official RMA may be refused.
